For startup and early stage entrepreneurs who have been endorsed to develop their concepts and been nominated by a State or Territory government agency

What it lets you do: 

• operate a new or existing business in Australia OR carry out business and investment activity in Australia OR carry out entrepreneurial activity in Australia
• bring eligible members of your family with you
• sponsor your relatives to come to Australia
• travel to and from Australia for upto 5 years

Eligibility

• score at least 65 on the points test
• provide proof of your business success (annual turnover, ownership interest)
• show a business plan for your entrepreneurial activity
• have total net business and personal assets as required
• receive an invitation to apply
• be nominated by an Australian State or Territory government agency,
• must have had an ownership stake in 1 or 2 businesses
• own personal and business assets
• be able to invest the required amount
• have the right experience
• intend to live in a specific State or Territory
• score at least 65 on the points test
• have a successful business career
• be under 55
• not have a history of involvement in unacceptable activities
• have functional English
• meet the health requirement
• meet the character requirement
